What Trefeo provides

Trefeo brings together destination context and preparation tasks based on the travel details you choose. The current demo lets you explore briefings and create a local preparation plan.

A preparation plan or completed checklist does not grant permission to enter a country, confirm visa eligibility, or certify that a journey is safe. Trefeo does not issue visas, make bookings, or provide emergency assistance.

Verify before you travel

Entry rules, official advice, and local conditions can change. Confirm applicable requirements with the relevant authorities and, where needed, your carrier or a qualified adviser. Use the linked sources to understand the basis of information, and check their current publication.

Choose the passport nationality and devices that apply to your journey. Review the resulting tasks and update your plan when your circumstances change.

Use the service responsibly

Trefeo is intended for lawful travel preparation. You are responsible for your use of the service, your decisions and actions, and complying with applicable law.

Do not use Trefeo or its information to plan, facilitate, or carry out unlawful activity, violence, trafficking, exploitation, stalking, harassment, fraud, or violations of another person’s rights.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or access information belonging to another person without authorization.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or other people, or comply with legal obligations. Any restriction will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable law.

Use synthetic information when testing prototype account or organization features. Do not enter real sensitive information into those prototypes.

These rules do not remove Trefeo’s responsibilities or your rights under applicable law.

Sources and content

External material remains subject to its source’s ownership and licensing. Follow any attribution and license information shown with the material. Linking to a source does not imply that its publisher endorses Trefeo.

Local plans and availability

Local plans depend on the device, browser, and stored site data. Clearing that data can remove plans and progress. The demo does not provide a guaranteed backup or cross-device account service.

Destination coverage and features may change as the service develops. Features described as planned are not included simply because they appear in a demonstration.

Before account and paid services launch

Final terms will identify the service operator and address account responsibilities, recovery, subscription scope, billing, cancellation, refunds, and applicable legal arrangements. This demo draft does not establish a paid subscription or waive rights available under applicable law.
